Project: The Budapest Esély Nonprofit Ltd. helps job seekers in disadvantageous situations to find a job and to help their application and administration tasks. On the other side helps employers by recruitment and related legal administration.
We have developed their web based system that supports the management of the Company's related taks and processes. It stores employers, job seekers, and announced job vacancies.
The system holds detailed information about job seekers such as:
- Qualifications (schools, professional knowledge, courses, licences)
- Language skills (with level indicator)
- Sources of Income
- Workplace history
- Job expectations (working hours, location, seasonal work, etc)
- Job roles seeking for
- Others (entrant, legal status, etc)
- Log of Notes, with timestamp
- Attached documents
- Services used
Employers can have besides their base attributes the followings:

- Arbitrary number of contacts
- Services used
Employers can have jobs offered, that can have a number of custom parameters to help finding the most suitable job seekers.
The system was designed to serve employers and job seekers in a long term so their activities (offering jobs, applying for or declining jobs) are trackable. Both Job seekers and Employers have a consultant assigned who is responsible for their respective cases. Based on these data, the system can serve with numerous reports and statisics.
