Bibas Group provides with a full service for catering companies from Romania : consulting, design, machinery sales and service, installation, education and supply of consumables.

Project: the main goal of our project was to make the sales agents' and Regional Sales Managers' working time and activities trackable, organizable and syncronizable. The OptimEZ Time Managment Software was phased in and customized for this purpose and became operational under the name of Bibas Web Tools (BWT).

The system is being used by sales agents to plan their customer-visits and related activities tasks from hour to hour. Regional Sales Managers are monitoring their agents' activities and can either approve or reschedule them if necessary. Agents enter the actual duration and results of their planned visits and activities. They also can append notes to the visits.

BWT doesn't only help to organize the work of the sales department but also helps planning and tracking the activities of the back-office (administration) staff.

The Customer Database is being synchronized with the pre-existing ASiS ERP Software so BWT was sucessfully adopted by the live IT environment of the customer.
